Delivery, Returns or Exchange
- Any items which are stocked in our stores will be dispatched within 5-7working days. (Usually ship these out in 3-5 days). But during the busy time especially Back to School season delivery can take 8-12 working days.
- Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but in the event of any delay we will contact you to keep you informed.
- Any orders placed outside of our working hours will be processed the next working day. Items supplied are subject to availability at the date of your order.
- If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can.
- If we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order.

- Free Collection...… Pay online and come to collect at our Leigh store. We will inform you by phone or by email once your order is ready.
- We Postage within UK Mainland Only.
- Free Delivery...….. Any order over £75 we will deliver you free.
- Delivery Cost...… Under £75order we charge for delivery within UK Mainland.

- We trust that you will be more than happy with your purchase. You have the right to cancel, return or exchange your order within fallowing timescale and nature with original receipt of your goods.
- However if you do require that your purchase is returned you may return the item on these conditions. If You want to exchange your any item, you can do within 7days of following receipt of your goods. Over this timescale Still you can return any items but not more than 14 days and Refunds will be provided as a Credit Note.
- Refunds will be provided for all items purchased online within 3 days timescale fallowing with original receipt or order you received of your goods. If you think you don’t need any item which you purchased from us Please notify by calling or email us straightaway once you received your items. you can return this to our Local store within 3 days item you received(Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees) and we will be very happy to refund your full amount of item you returned. Refunds will only be granted within this timescale only following receipt of your goods.. We must advise that we cannot accept items which are personalized
- As soon as we receive the item we will refund as per original method you paid. If you are returning item in store then we will refund in same time.
- Any wrong order return, there will be 15% deduction on return item for handling charges and restocking.
- Any Item return without its original packaging or without tag will not except and we will not refund you at all.
- We will endeavour to process all Refunds within 6 working days of receipt however at busier times such as Back to School please allow slightly longer.

- Any labels on the goods must still be attached.
- Footwear must be tried indoors.
- Any returns will be at your own expense.
- We recommend you obtain a proof of postage as we will not be liable for goods lost in post.
- Returned items must be in their original and unused condition and be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights
- If you want to exchange your item in our store, we advise you before travel give us call or email us.
- Special orders in special colours or sizes outside of our standard stock range are exempt from our returns policy..

Damaged or Faulty goods
- If you find that your goods are faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7days of delivery. You can do so either by telephone or email. We offer you full refund or exchange for the faulty item returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods within a reasonable period of time, however in some cases we sent items to our manufacturer to find out if the item has a manufacturing fault or if the item has been misused ,in this cases it can take up to 24days. Once it’s all done we will notify you via e-mail or phone that you are entitled to a refund or not for defective goods.
- Goods are subject to availability. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will let you know as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given.
- The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on the Website at the time you place your order (plus a delivery charge) except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
- The prices quoted on this Website apply only to products sold via this Website. Where the same products are available in our stores or via other stockists different prices may apply.
- All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT where applicable.
